Leadership development magician, coach, and most of all lifelong learner.  After spending 26 years in the United States Navy, I learned that sometimes the answer is right in front of you.  My passion is people and seeing them become better versions of themselves.  Currently I am a John Maxwell Leadership Team member, Entrepeneur, and Doctoral student at Drake University.
